Employment Opportunities

Bucks County non-profit seeks an individual to perform street outreach services throughout central and upper Bucks County.  The Street Outreach Worker will identify and assist Bucks County’s most vulnerable homeless and chronically homeless individuals and families to resolve their housing crisis.


  • Provide street-based outreach, with a housing first perspective, to individuals or families that live or spend a significant amount of time on the street (housing insecure/homeless)  throughout central and upper Bucks County

  • Establish relationships and encourage participation in mainstream housing services in an effort to achieve housing stability

  • Accept referrals from the Bucks County Housing Link and Community Outreach Programs to assist in identification, location, and verification of homeless individuals and families in Bucks County

  • Maintain complete and accurate case records, including the county’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)

  • Participation in Housing Continuum of Care for Bucks County


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in working with homeless individuals/families

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car

  • Schedule that includes some evenings & occasional weekend hours

  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
