To the fathers, grandfathers, great grandfathers, godfathers, step-fathers, father figures, and fathers-to-be: we celebrate you today and thank you for the love you’ve provided.
From everyone at #TeamBCOC, Happy Father's Day!
#TeamBCOC is all set up to celebrate Juneteenth at The Mercer for Freedom Day! Come say Hi until 4pm!

BCOC is honored to be participating in not one but TWO Juneteenth celebrations this weekend! We will have a table at the Lower Bucks Juneteenth Celebration in Bristol from 11am-5pm and Juneteenth at The Mercer in Doylestown from 11am-4pm. Make sure to stop by and enjoy a day of celebration and empowerment!
#TeamBCOC came together recently for our annual Staff Appreciation Event! Special thanks to Gilda’s Club for hosting! It was a great afternoon of enjoying each other’s company while taking time to reflect on all the hard work over the past year! We are so #BCOCProud!
#TeamBCOC had a blast at @familyservicebucks’ Family Fest last night! It is always so great to be out in our community offering our services to Bucks County families! Keep an eye out for our table at Warminster Day this Saturday 6/11!
One of the biggest barriers for BCOC's constituents on their pathway to self-sufficiency is the lack of reliable transportation throughout Bucks County. Through BCOC's #Wheelz2Work program, people like Andrew receive roadworthy vehicles to help them continue on their journey out of poverty! Congrats, Andrew!

Help us help others!
BCOC will be hosting a food drive at our Doylestown Office, 100 Doyle Street, to benefit the HELP Center, BCOC's food distribution warehouse, on Wednesday, June 8 from 9-11 AM. We all are feeling the hardships of the current economic conditions, but if you have any of the items listed below, Bucks County food pantries could use the help! Please share this flyer with friends and family! See you on June 8th!
As #CommunityActionMonth comes to an end, #TeamBCOC reflected on why we LOVE working for Bucks County's designated Community Action Agency! Swipe to see what we said!

As the prices of gas, groceries and utilities continue to rise, it can be extremely difficult to save money. Despite these challenges, a determined ES participant reached her goal of saving $1,000 in the ES Matched Savings program!! Now, BCOC will match that savings so the participant will have $2,000 to go towards her auto expenses. One of BCOC's biggest goals is to increase the wealth of our participants. We are so #BCOCProud of this participant and the ES coach that helped her get here!!

BCOC joined Children First PA and United Way of Bucks County at Children of God Educational Services, LLC in Bristol to discuss the staffing shortage crisis in early education and the effects it has on families in Bucks County. Erin Lukoss, BCOC's CEO, discussed childcare as an essential resource to move families out of poverty and also stressed the importance of paying these essential workers a living wage. Valarie Hamilton, owner of Child of God, said she could teach 20 more children at her facility if she had the staffing. #fightforus #EmptyClassroms #CommunityAction #buckscounty
